ADHESIVE: These disposable adhesive body warmers are perfect for skiing, camping, hiking, yardwork, jogging, or walking your dog. Simply place them on your underarms, shoulders, stomach, lower back, or chest to stay warm or help relieve pain and soreness.
OPEN AND GO: Simply open the package, remove the warmer, and gently shake it to activate. Place it over your clothes or in your pocket and gloves, and allow 15-30 minutes to heat up fully. If the temperature begins to decrease, expose warmer to air and shake. Do not place the warmer directly on your skin.
SAFE LONG-LASTING HEAT: Air-activated, unscented, and ready to use. Heat duration lasts up to 12 hours. Max temperature: 165°F (74°C); Average temperature: 142°F (61°C).
